President Donald Trump, asked about the deadly shooting at a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, labeled the incident a "mental health problem at the highest level," not a "guns situation."
Trump should be going door to door having conversations with each person in each home to rate them on their mental health status.

He should also be making laws that prevent the legality of being a citizen when
you have mental issues.
From now on when you fail a mental evaluation you will be deported to North Korea.
