The OnePlus 5T will probably look like the Oppo R11S
Most people don't know this, but OnePlus is owned by BBK Electronics, a major Chinese technology manufacturer that also owns smartphone maker Oppo.
Go figure…
But does it have an overlay that, years ago, used to piss off Android users that, currently featured as a new idea, makes Apple fans scream "I've got a notch on my screen" with joy?
Remember back in the olden days when Windows CE and Pocket PCs had the long press to expose a "context menu" that Apple sold as a new idea to their fans last year?
Perhaps next year Apple will get past the screen burn issue their fans are current learning to cope with – like everyone else did years ago before moving to better tech…
