She's a Federal Employee flipping off the Chief Executive of the Fed… If I went from flipping burgers to flipping off the shift manager I bet I'd gat canned and a shift manager is way way way lower on the totem pole than the president of a burger joint… Who has the luxury of dressing like a biker for the trip into work?!?!.
