Puerto Rico’s utility cancels controversial contract with Montana firm to repair electric grid
Gov. Ricardo Rosselló said the Whitefish contract had become a distraction in getting help for the hurricane-stricken island.




How much of these charges to be distributed as wages were the actual employees going to receive? When an IBEW journeyman gets say $75.00 per hour, how much does the union charge for them per individual per hour, and even beyond that how much would an electric company charge the government for each union worker per hour? Seems to me these numbers are inflated by all the middlemen and are being compared to deals with less agencies between the actual job and PREPA…
