Judge awards graffiti artists $6.7M after works destroyedA judge awarded $6.7 million Monday to graffiti artists who sued after dozens of spray paintings were destroyed on the walls of dilapidated warehouse buildings torn down to make room for high-rise luxury residences.

I remember back when graffito was considered vandalism.

How is it that the landlord or the land owner is said to have been careless and that they were remorseless?!?!?!
